I've just google imaged , Rose Dancing Queen! check it out, there are about 10 different roses in there. No idea which is the real one.

Some are lovely , others not so.

Dry but chilly in an East wind but might try to get some  planting in the new bed done before the rain.

    Morning Hosta.

Just googled rose, how weird that there are so many colours......as you say some are very pretty, some not so much image

Have you any idea what colour yours is?

SGL, someone mentioned the rose last evening and I just thought, given the name, it was one for me image.

  • Morning all!

Received perennial plugs from t&m yesterday, potted them on into coir pots and put them out in the cold frame. I think I'll need another one soon. They'll be ready for planting in a week or so once the frost has abated. Garden is shooting up, what with all the sun and rain (especially the grass)..

    Morning all,

I googled Dancing Queen and then checked it out on Ashwoods GC web site, it showed a lovely pink rose. Think it might have been Beaus Mum that mentioned it.

No plans for today apart from trying to plant the lovely Susan Williams-Ellis rose.  Have to remove some tree roots before I can so will need hubby's help when he comes back from the Gym.

It's a bit grey here and rain expected at some point.  Might pop round to Ashwoods for a browse in a minute.  I'll have to watch out for those stickly plants though.
