Had a read back, still not seen any Poldark so no idea what I have missed but have set OH off on a mission to get it so I don't feel completely left out.
Also asked for a programme called Safe House, saw a trailer for it and thought it looked ok, anyone seen it?
Hello and welcome Clarice.
Thought my beech hedge was showing green and then realised it was another plant growing through it, sure it won't be long and my Bramley Apple has loads of blossom on this year, only got 3 apples last year, so fingers crossed.
Lizzie, crocodile hunting with only a boomerang for protection doesn't sound boringly normal to me.
Charlie on school hols and spent the afternoon 'helping' neighbouring farmer build a new fence, apparently he "must go back and help in the morning". Came home with a bag of sweets, have a feeling that is his main incentive.
Poor Shadow had a bit of a relapse today, but seems ok now, think his tummy is still sore so he is back on the puppy food rather than the dried stuff. Hope he doesn't get too used to the good stuff.
Not much gardening done today, completed a mound of i*****g - who wears all these clothes? And sheets.... anyone would think I run a B&B, oh yep, I do.
Tomorrow, back to the garden, daren't turn my back for 5 minutes, especially with all the sunshine and showers.
Good evening all and make sure you have got your 5 a day in one way or another, I do like a crushed grape or 2 myself.

Morning all. Sunshine but no frost today. yesterday's took its toll though - one brown magnolia and a strange burnt orange pieris. Still, we had a good 3week display this year, so can't complain. Bit more concerned about the unseen damage, as i have some wisteria about to flower and a load of fruit trees in blossom. Hey, ho, go with the flow

Pad Thai, Pad Thai, so good he cooked it twice.
The ingredients make enough for 4 so had it again to-night. Yum

Feeling virtuous as went to Brownies and helped out as my friend was poorly
Thank you Dove.
Very tired this evening. Might be an early night!
I'm not nuts KEF, I'm boringly sensible
Dordogne is the opposite of Cornwall, too cold in winter, too hot in summer, alkali soil.
Grandsons are all in bed, phew!
