    Steamy here. Sweating like a pig, which is a ridiculous phrase, as pigs don't sweat [ actually refers to the smelting of pig iron ]

    Divided 4 large clumps of Asters, made 16 plants, which have now created another sinuous line through a border.

    GW magazine has arrived, so afternoon outside reading I think. Is it too early for a little snifter?

    Sausage rolls, S&K pie and rhubarb crumble - take your pick in about an hour image  It's taking a bit longer as I've sliced my finger image

    the after work beer is going down a treat KEF.

    Might do a bit more mulching as it's the most glorious sunny warm afternoon, and not much wind for a change.

    Mmmmm the sausage rolls are very good - I'm dead chuffed with the pastry - it's really 'short' and crumbly.  I must stop eating them and leave some for you lot ...  image

    I made some raspberry jam tarts too .... anyone...???
