Evening all. Busy weekend. OH is singing in 2 concerts with his choir. Yesterday I made sandwiches and cake for 35, the orchestra and soloists. Tomorrow is lunch party with the choir and their guests, the conductor, soloists and some of the orchestra have come from England. I'm making Coronation Chicken. Bedtime soon, I'm an hour ahead of you.
Broad beans are coming up!
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
panda, think it was FB said put nailvarnish on 'em to see if same ones come back!
Lily, missed your earlier post re clem thingy. I spent ages choosing my (6?) online but wimped out and went for cheap option of what was in GC at the time. Sat on the edge of a plant shelf and googled each one, put all those I was considering in a trolley and took my time - took me ages but was oblivious to the strange glances as I was absorbed! One lady did say to her ?daughter 'she's doing it right' which made me feel like a real nerd. Quite like to be a plant nerd really! Bet after all that they've got the wrong labels on!!! Most I paid was £7, many were £2.

I got a bit 'lost' with posts today but then realised they were going across different threads
Anyway, friends have gone, had a nice evening, some wine.....but not enough to spoil my gardening so don't worry, I wouldn't do that
Hope you've all had a lovely evening, I am now snuggled with my little lady who smells beautiful after her bath today

MrsG, haven't def decided yet, but want 3 now. But wow MrsG, £2!! How did you get them that cheap??
