    Well, if you was near me, you wouldn't need the cosmos. I've got three quarters of a tray of seedlings you could have. I've already pricked out three dozenand thats going to be too many for me.

    MrsG,  thats exactly what I am doing, I have a few personal things going on, which a couple of colleagues are aware of. Ive put up this wall around me and probaly taken to much on , personally and at work, and its all got too much these last few days. And you're right, trust is one of the issues, and I'm not sure who it is.

    Ah lily, I wish I could help. I didn't deal with it very well and don't know if I would again. It will pass but please be wise, true and aware, look after yourself and don't get ill from it. I hope you have someone close to support you. x

    Agree with MrsGarden totally, I am very wary of who I trust in real life now, once bitten twice shy as they say.  Big hugs Lily.

    Was that yep for me by the way?? image

    I wish I lived closer to some of you too, you grow so many lovely plants and live in nicer places than near Blackpool image

    Oh Lily, I missed your Bates Motel question, it's an American drama series based on the old Psycho film with Norman Bates.

    Off to look at benches and staging now image

    'Fools of nature and wonderous too'

    Bear with me, this has nothing to do with gardening but it's important to me and I thought I'd share it with you folk;

    Just watched a repeat of a programme called 'growing up downs'. If any one gets the opportunity to watch it please do. It is a brilliant example of the normality of people with Down's syndrome, their intelligence, their loves and fears, anger and humour (which are exactly the same as yours and mine), their perseverance and understanding, the way they interact and manage different types of relationships.It also demonstrates the struggles they face as their learning difficulty affects all aspects of their life and emotions. Not everyone with Down's syndrome manages to deal so effectively with the difficulties in life (just as you and I deal with situations differently) but all love and need to be loved (again just as you and I do). Such a positive programme showing so much success. Even if you don't watch the programme please remember people have Down's syndrome, they don't suffer from it (although there is suffering), and they should never ever be called 'a Down's' instead of a man, a baby, a little girl.They have a full range of feelings and aren't always 'happy and loving'. As some of you already know my 12year old is a complete monkey, drives me to distraction, is helpful, funny, clever, bossy, never does as he is told and happens to have Down's syndrome.

    Another post that made me fill up, you must be very proud of your little boy (well not so little really but I think our boys will always be 'little') MrsGarden and rightly so.  What a lovely post and I will most definitely watch it if it's on again, in fact I may look it up on Sky anytime image

    I have been very good and only ordered Geum, Rose & Cosmos, from that website anyway!! image Got my 20% discount too image
