    I'm stumped image

But then I'm not the only one who's confused.

Remember the other day I said that my Viburnum Bodnantense 'Charles Lamont' is in full bloom RIGHT NOW!

Well, the Clematis cirrhosa 'Freckles' which grows behind it, is blooming NOW as well  - do they think they're in the Antipodes? image

I did my Philadelphus today MrsG, took ages as it had never had a proper prune, I didn't even know what it was until a couple of weeks ago just before it finished flowering.

I love Cosmos although a little disappointed mine are all white as I was hoping for pink (like the picture in the packet!).  Just been having a 'mooch' in the garden to escape the rubbish on TV and noticed my Lavatera about to flower, bright pink......I got some more pink at last image

OL my lavertera has a few flowers but had a bit of a trim and tie up today as lots of branches too heavy and had broken off.

Lily hydrangea panawotsit is stilll just the one stick but has several flower beads trying to show willing as well.

Dove , when do vib and Clem freckles normally flower?

Still got the odd kaffir lily in flower.

Lucifer looks magestic ok so I've spelt it wrong, and other crocosmias are showing signs as well ( hope they aren't too early).

Have also been impressed with scabiosa which started off naff but now its got going its doing really well.

Oh, it was good to get in the garden this weekend, I've missed it recently, so tricky to make time sometimes.

I've also got a Hellebore with a flower bud almost open - one of the white Christmas flowering ones - can't remember what it's called and I'm stuck to the sofa and can't reach my notebook image

All the things that are flowering out of season are in the new west-facing bed at the front of the house. image
