Michauxia tchihatcheffi. I got the seeds from plant world. Three germinated. Two survived the first winter. second winter, one got eaten by slugs and is in Intensive care. This one flowered Then its going to die, but I hope for seeds, although it might be self sterile

Its also called the catherine wheel flower. I think it would look better as a block of a dozen or so plants,planted six inch apart, however I think theres a good reason it not often seen....

It might germinate better as fresh. I shall try sowing some seed to overwinter, and some in Spring.(always assuming I get some)

aconitum are easy, cold germinaters, one of those I do over winter.
