     Can anyone tell me if these are the start of Agapanthus flowers? It is where I planted the Agapanthus, but I have only ever seen them when they are all open and seemed to be more of a cluster than this so just wanted t check before I get too excited image

    Fidget that sounds idyllic, we have been to Oz twice but with 2 little boys in two we didn't get to any vineyards, we are planning to one day though and also a planning to do vineyards in California image I'm on Cote Du Rhone tonight image

    Its not a campanula but it is campanulacae family.

    Not a solanum, sorry dove.

    Michauxia  tchihatcheffi. I got the seeds from plant world. Three germinated. Two survived the first winter. second winter, one got eaten by slugs and is in Intensive care. This one floweredimage  image Then its going to die, but I hope for seeds, although it might be self sterileimage

    Dont ask me to pronounce it after a glass of wine.

    Sure I've seen that white flower somewhere fidget...hoping I will be one of the ones saying " oh yes of course! I knew that!" when its name is revealed.

    garden looking tidier but no where near as stylish as I planned :S

    Hodeum grass is shimmering nicely now. Cosmos is at least 4' tall ( thanks fb) another is like a big fat bush, all flowering well. image

    philadelphus has about finished so that will need tackling soon.

    Laurel and buddleia had another chop of the nuisance low leaves and branches.
