Morning all, don't worry Bekkie it took a while before the penny dropped re Dove's post. I'm planning a bit more gardening today. Want to get the wisteria pruned, if I don't get flowers this year I'm digging the b****y thing out. I got it from Ashwoods so I know its a good one, I haven't been pruning it properly but it's been done by the book this year, so I'm expecting a good show.
Also need to clear up the mess I left in the garden yesterday when I got too tired to finish off. Then I might have a go at cutting back the ivy if I've got the energy.
Glasses have definitely given up the ghost so I've had to book an appointment for Sunday and it's back to the shades.
I think I'll make another cuppa and let the garden warm up a bit first.
Yvie, i dont know where you get your energy from, im already on my second dose of drugs, still not sure if i need a nap! Hope you dont have to dig your wisteria up, they are such beauties when they get going
I missed my chance to prune my grapevine, its in a really sheltered spot, so will be waking up very soon, theres one or two bits sticking out into the path at face level, do you think i will get away with chopping them off, or should i just tie them up for this year?

You sound as tired as me Lesley! You ok?
Have a good day out Dove
I'm Ok this morning Lesley, was expecting to ache much more. I'm just so pleased to be able to get out there after all those hard frosts.
I guess it must have been too early for some of you - thought our posts were quite obvious!!!
I have a shopping list
As some will know, there is nothing I like more than the challenge of taking home plants on public transport
It's a good job there will be little flecks of white to zing at us as the day is very dreary and murky
