Morning you two! Thanks for the spellchecker tip EDDimage

The moon cycle is near a full moon which keeps me awake every month EDD. Last night there was a large circle around the moon that was a different shade to the sky. It had an airplane tail running through it so it looked really cool, like a broken hearted donut.

Don't know what the weather is doing here, I'm still in bed while OH takes FLYNN for his walkimage correction, he's just legged it up the stairs and into my bed and rolling on my face. Spelling mistakes courtesy of FLynn image

Grandaughter must be in tune with George, she was up at 4.30 which meant the rest of us were too.  Think she is cutting back teeth, but will she swallow her medicine, will she heck as like, anyone would think we were trying to poison her.

If you've still not settled Edd, Ive a few things at home that could do with a clean, how about starting with the oven.

Morning Wintersong, seems like there are quite a few earlybirds this morning.

Morning Wintersong, morning Yvieimage.  Feel like I am the tardy one here this morning.

light dusting of snow outside - hopefully will be ok to drive inimage

Hope the beaujolais is a good'un Verd.  I have ordered seeds to try and give it a go myself .....think it could be slightly longer before I get to see any flowersimage.  Looking forward to your photos to spur me onimage

  • Good morning all - I'm a bit later than usual too - absolutely pitch black outside with a good sprinkling of snow and some more to come if the weather people are to be believed.  Apart from topping up the bird feeders I'm staying indoors today and making soup.

Edd, I think some googling was a bit 'overdone' image

    Good morningimage

Wintersong I love your description of the moonimage.  Light was shining through the curtains here all night which does keep me awake.

Liri you sound as though you have a great selection of birds visiting you.  I can spend ages sitting at the kitchen window watching ours instead of doing what I meant to be doingimage

Bekkie, you must be really tired after the last few nights but you can't help feeling sorry for George.  Expect you're tired too Yvie - I was trying to think of clever tips to get your granddaughter to take medicine but if she's decided not to there is no chance of fooling her.  Got a feeling Edd won't show up to clean your cookerimage.

Thinking of you Verdun and hope things go ok today.

Hope the roads are ok for you chicky.  Go steady.  Dove that's what I always do on these cold snowy day, make soup and casseroles etc as it keeps the house warmer as well.  Unfortunately my freezer is full to bursting point and I can't fit anything else in now.image

Morning all! Just having my last lay in. I'm avoiding opening the curtains but it certainly felt cold last night!
