Thanks Dove; if they make another appearance tonight they'll have a selection of treats. I'm sure that the black birds and robin will mop it up in the morning if not.
The snow is settling now; I've tried looking for tracks to see if he's hiding but no joy yet. There's a box in the shed (warmer than outside) ready to recover him so we can nip to the vets and get them checked out.
Been with Son 2. Went to the hospital for grandson's 8 month check up, he's doing well, then back to their place for the evening. Baby is copying gestures and noises, quite funny, he smiles a lot. He waved goodnight - his first wave!
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
Chicken pox about. Grandson has now got it said he had tickles on his tummy by the time he went home the rash was showing. His sister was with us today as too poorly for nursery, poor poppet quite covered in spots.
Clari, not sure what your vet is like but most round here dont take any notice, or put them to sleep! A rescue place is the best thing, if you catch it i can ask my hedgehog lady who the person is for your area
Hi Pdoc, I guess there will be a few Spurs supporters wending their way up the motorway to us then on Saturday.
Just ordered my tickets to the Harrogate Spring Show, will be staying at my friends daughters for a couple of days and will be visiting the show on Thursday and going to Harlow Carr on Friday before driving back on Saturday. Anyone got any ideas re a garden visit on the way back on Saturday.
Just ordered a Lilac Madame Lemoine and a Hydrangea Limelight for the re designed bed. Hubby finished removing the grass while I was at Firstborns so will be able to see it tomorrow.
I fancy the Limelight, I bought a little Vanilla Fraise a couple of years ago from Parkers, only 6.99 and last summer had quite a few flowers, very pretty colour change. This year should be much better.

YES YES YES as Sally once said! Sorry fellow Sheffielders, but the mighty Spurs are on their way to Wembley.
