    Good morning Chicky image

    No ice here image

OH was telling me that he found a dazed and confused toad in the garden centre yesterday - the staff have been re-building outdoor displays - we think that the toad had probably decided that one of the displays was a safe hibernation place, only to find it being deconstructed around his ears!

He was sitting on a pathway in a semi-stupor - OH picked him up and took him to a permanent evergreen hedgerow at the edge of that area and snuggled him down in the base of it.  Let's hope he goes back to sleep and forgets all about his bad dream image

    Good morningimage

Very dark and drizzly here this morningimage.  Keep going Beaus - there's light at the end of the tunnel.  I can imagine all the boxes, bubblewrap and paper surrounding you. There are worse things to smell of than bleach - but not manyimage

What a lovely uncle you are Verdunimage

For some reason the submit button has been playing up and I wasn't able to post anything yesterday evening - seems ok today so I'll have to send DD belated birthday greetings.

No good with houseplants either Clari or fishtanks so no help whatsoeverimage

Good morning, I'm late image stayed up watching murders on the television and then took a time to drop off thinking I might have cancelled OH's recording of footie apparently not, as he's now watching it.

No dirty socks left anywhere at this house image Do find the odd peanut down the side of sofa image alas no money.

Hope all enjoy their day image

  • Morning all,

Beautiful frosty morning here, sunny now but wasn't earlier. Just as I was enjoying my glass of wine & chocs by the fire last night I got a message from running coach reminding me of an agreement to do a Sunday morning run - 9:00 am - least that meant I didn't drink too much. image

So feeling good now having got that over with, only an hour but my conscience is clear - can finish off the chocs now. image

Not sure what to do today, too frozen for gardening, maybe a long walk later -so pretty out there. image

Plants Clari, I haven't managed to kill my inherited Wandering Jew yet and it some lovely colours on it. image

  • Morning all.

Rather grey and chilly here. But at least no rain.

Washing done, but hanging indoors in spare room and over bath,  no tumble dryer. Maybe this is the year I give in and invest in oneimage

Sons and dils coming over later so best get a wriggle on.

    Have a good day everyone.

    TTFN x
