    Morning.

Not looked out yet so it could be knee deep on snow or anything.

OH away skiing so I'm starting a bit later today after getting son off to school.

Brugmansia is dormant or a goner BL, not sure until spring. Will try and bring it indoors while OH still away, other thathan that it's just a matter of waiting.

    Have a good day all.

Temperature differences can be quite something can't theyimage.  Far more aware of them now most cars have temperature readouts.  We have a long straight road here where the temp is 2-3* lower in the middle than at either end, and often the middle is misty when it is clear elsewhere for miles around.  The chicklets say its haunted......but is probably to do with the fact there is a large lake in the middleimage

Morning all! Nice to see you back Mrs. G!

Well we survived a weekend scout camp at the museum - they didn't tell us they were bringing the full age range of cubs and beavers too! Cue much stress trying to rehash the talks we give and activities to be suitable for such a wide age range.

Still beats a weekend infront of the tele.

Garden is a white out at the moment. I know the wind of late has broken two greenhouse panes; a much needed day off I'll be nervously inspecting the rest!

Cold but no frost here. This week I will be working in the peak district. It's generally two or three degrees colder up there.  Thermal underwear at the ready. Have a good day folks.

I see we got a new wum early this morning. I hope no one takes the bait.

Morning all. Frosty here on top of the bit of snow but I saw a gritter on our road yesterday afternoon so hopefully the roads won't be too bad, although it was already -2 when I collected daughter at 5pm yesterday. I expect the blackbirds will be hungry today.

Might take a hot water bottle to work - it'll be b****y freezing in there - worse than usual image

Wrap up warm everyone and have a good day image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Cold and frosty here too, snow forcast tue and wed...OH wont be pleased, im not saying his driving needs any improvement but he has bumped our car almost every winter, including backing into one of our neighbours cars....so embarassing! (Rolling eyes smiley)image

Clarington, you need a medal! Im afraid i would have had to resort to sedatives in the orange squash! image

Hope your brugmansia comes through Mrs G, we all have moments like that love, i frequently find the sugar caddy in the fridge image

It's been reported to the Mods Fidget - as you say, I hope no one takes the bait - it's been quite peaceful here lately.

    Keep warm and safe image

    Good morningimage.

Very cold out there.  I've still to walk the dog (lucky you Wintersong) but need a second coffee before I get up the nerve.  Shame about your brug MrsG and your greenhouse Clariimage.  A hot water bottle sounds just the thing fairyimage

Stay safe on those icy roads and wrap up warm.
