It's the road that bothers me at the moment Lily. They will build that first and all the heavy plant will be passing by at the end of the garden. We certainly won't be able to sell till it's finished. We have had a very peaceful time here for 20 odd years, give or take a few neighbours
Sorry bekkie, not well up on caterpillars - what are you going to call it?
I forgot to look for snowdrops today and I meant to.
Our last house backed on to a school Lesley - we quite liked it, as it was happy noise, confined to weekdays between 9 and 3, so didn't really affect us too much. The building work is a different matter of course, don't envy you that at all.
went for my walk, and my legs have now seized up. Time to go for a long soak
Thanks chicky - you are right - it's nice to hear children playing but we won't. They are bringing the road quarter of a mile away from the school to avoid the railway line and having to deal with BR
