Oh dear Hosta - do take it steady - knees is funny things - I know, I've got two of 'em image

Apparently Wonky has fallen for that choisya on GW this evening.  I've looked it up and they sell it at Notcutts - I suppose we'd better go and have a look at the weekend image

I forgot to confess to what followed me home from Homebase didn't I?

One Water Avens (Geum rivale) - I've already got one behind the pond, but I need another. One Brunnera Jack Frost, and One Pulmonaria Trevi Fountain.  That's not a lot really is it? image

Dove, i have grown water avens from seed and have just put the plants right in the water, on the edge, is that ok? You say yours is behind.

    Good morning all image

It has rained heavily all night and is now very windy and dark clouds looming, not looking promising for gardening image

    Good morning all image

Same here KEF image  But it's going to get better- the Met Office says, "Cool and cloudy start, with patchy rain moving through from the west through the middle of the day. Some late afternoon or evening sunshine likely in places. Maximum Temperature 16 °C." and tomorrow we'll have "A bright and rather warm day with some sunny spells for most, a moderate breeze developing and cloud gradually increasing from the west through the afternoon. Maximum Temperature 17 °C." which sounds much better image

Verdun image, it's this one http://www.notcutts.co.uk/choisya-x-dewitteana-white-dazzler/gardening/notcutts/fcp-product/14232

    Morning fellow forkers.

Grey, light rain and light wind here . Might sort out plants in tunnels ready to come out into the big world and be planted later.

Nice Choisya, but am I the only person who hates the smell of Choisya foliage?

    Devon.
