Yes thank you, not too bad. Bit achy. Thumb really hurts, think I've sprained it. Hurts more now than when I first fell. Sure just a 'jarring'. It was my hip that was the most painful at first, but thats ok. Probably have some lovely coloured bruises in the morning.
Morning all - waiting for cab to take us to the station - jolly blustery here - just returned neighbour's wheelie bin to his garden. Hope all of you and your gardens are ok ((hugs)) You won't see me until tomorrow
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Off to work soon myself. I'm trying very hard not to look out the window as the wind was just awful all night I'm not sure if I want to see what has been going on out there.
Clari - I'm not looking forward to it being light enough to see outside either. I saw the newspaper article you told us about yesterday and I think it's amazing how the museum has been turned around by you all. Liked the pic of you too
Quite right KEF - no outside gardening today but I do have a few seedlings that need potting up. I'm going to do it in the kitchen with lots of newspapers to catch the debris. I can be a bit messy
Lily I hope the pain eases soon. Are you sure nothing's broken?
I am trying hard not to imagine the lovely aroma where Wintersong is this morning - it's time to repair the Christmas damage but temptation gets in the way

Why didn't you mention it earlier? Hope you're ok.
Well I'm shattered, no wind damage for us but it kept me awake, such a shame about the old tree

Lizzie a big decision to make about the boiler not just the expense but the disruption
Up the workers
Doubt many of us will get any gardening done looking at the weather nationwide, think we'd better stay safe and warm instead.
Good morning
Enjoy your day Dove
