Matty, many congratulations on the birth of the 2nd GC, any names yet? Six weeks early, I bet he was tiny, I hope all goes well for him.

Oh congratulations Matty! What a way to cheer a person up! I bet you've not stopped grinning like a fool.

I'm having a late night (we're meant to be open to teachers to show them around but no one has rsvp'd) organising items to put in loan boxes for schools... because I now have the biggest dressing up box to play with! If MI5 were tracking my phone I can't imagine what they'd think to all these emergency service uniforms I've been snapping away at! (Honestly I'm working very hard: just came back into the office to claim some hot tea and a sit down).

Then its home time via a customer who brought two badges over the phone. She's only about 10 miles from my house and she's making her grandson a bespoke uniform for Christmas but lost the original badges. Well I know how gutted I'd be if they didn't turn up before the big day and I think its last posting today so to save our worrying I said I'd nip them in. I'll stop short at taking the company fire engine or police car though: what would her neighbours say!! image

One doctor said my x-ray would be available in 24 hours. The other says 7 - 10 working days. So if I have got a good and proper chest infection presumably by the time the doctor gets the results to start the antibiotics I may well have cured myself with petrol baths and mulled cider tonics!

Right. Must get back to work. These firemen uniforms wont box themselves!

  • Matty image Fantastic News!!!  What a boost that will give you!!!  Congratulations to all concerned!!!
