Frost earlier last night, but by the time I got up (at 5am ) it was 6C, which is warmer than it got all of yesterday!
I wonder what weather today will bring
On the To Do list today are Finish the Cards, choose the paint for the decorating after Christmas, prep more red cabbage and pears for pickling .... that'll do for a start
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Been a mad busy couple of days here (even for me) but today just Christmas cards to write & tree & decs to get up. Most difficult part of that will be getting OH in the loft to get them down.
Everyone seems to be just as busy, I think it all adds to the excitement, I love it.
After seeing BL post about Brantome Xmas Fayre was tempted to squeeze it in but just a bit far for us, definitely a visit for next year, was already on my places to go list.
So sorry to here of folks with troubles though, Yvie really hoping your mum doesn't have to through that operation and Verdun thinking of you and your mum too. So sad and worrying for all.
Whatever everyone is doing today hope all goes well.

Well I think winter's definitely here. Very dark - snow, sleet and hail on the windows now and none too warm when I was out earlier feeding the robin
Off for a look round before I have another cuppa and some breakfast. Don't think I'll be venturing out much today. Glad you had a great holiday archie - I could do with that weather
I suppose I should get some Christmas cards...
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

If you wait a few more days you might find the postman brings you some Fg, then you can just Tippex the names out and write over them
