Been sorting out my Canna - cut it back and put it in a little makeshift cold frame thingy. Bit more gravel has been shifted. Sick of the sight of it...image

DD, venison, how nice. My daughters friend is a gamekeeper in Cornwall so she gets the odd game given to her.

I did used to ice skate, cant wear them though the blade sinks in the mud, rollers are much better.

Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

I'm bunged up too, GG and coughing. Trouble is colds are viruses and they haven't found a cure yet. Spent the afternoon weeding and planting more violas, tulips and forget-me-nots. Taking so long as the weeding and clearing needs doing first. But it has been really mild today, although windy.

But GG if your ears hurt then insist the Doc has a good look, could be a secondary bacterial infection needing antibiotics.
