Not a big poultry fan so leg of pork ordered from farm shop for Xmas, some meat I do buy from SM's especially legs of lamb when on offer because when I've slowly cooked it in olive oil, oregano, garlic, lemon and white wine I challenge anyone to say it doesn't taste like Greek free range lamb. After I gave the death stare to a man with a clipboard and stopwatch watching the checkouts, they opened up another one for me. Is it just me, but wouldn't it be better to use all available staff to man the checkouts, instead of watching them?
Tomorrow I feel a trip to the jewellers coming on.
