Fg Christmas pud is daughter's favourite - I have to make an extra one for her to have for her birthday in April. Any leftover pud gets stirred into vanilla icecream with a dash of brandy and refrozen - makes a lovely icecream

Monstrous Verd - I'm going to stop eating the spinach though - I'm starting to look like Popeye....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
No gardening here today, wet miserable and all the lot sodden.

Welcome home Lesley
Sorry to all I've missed out but hello anyway, any consolation it's even harder to keep up on Hello in the Winter when there isn't any gardening

Mmmmmm - now there's an interesting idea for leftover Christmas Pud
Made my grand tour of GCs with no luck. Just found it on t'internet instead
Can't believe I have to go back to work tomorrow, and yet haven't set foot in the garden all weekend. Can feel a major sulk coming on
Thanks KEF - there's also a large slice of choklit cake with my name on it for after dinner

DD, now I think I know why you've taken up running
But running just has no appeal for me! Hate being puffed out.
Rained all day in Eastbourne. Had good lunch in old beamy pub with OH's stepdaughter, her OH and little ones. Miss pubs in France.
But my cold is gaining momentum.
Going back to France tomorrow, staying night with son near Orleans on the way.
Hi RB, yes always friends.......so will let you off lol
Love 'christmas' ice cream.......its yummy
Or you can slice some pud, fry it in butter, sprinkle it with muscovado sugar then flambé it with some brandy and serve with cream
And of course, as it's leftovers it's calorie free
