Morning all. We've had rain too Dove -  thankfully! Lovely here now.

Glad I was restrained and didn't order any bulbs as I still have hundreds of mine to get into the ground from the pots they were in for last year image

    Morning all. Quite chilly 8°

    Post hasn't come yet.

Aching from manure shovelling yesterday. At least potting plants is peaceful, hardly energetic!

Hi Everyone, Lovely day here at the moment, forecast does say showers so we will have to wait and see.  Not sure about seed planting, in the cold light of day house looks awful and I dont have a clean pair of jeans to my name.  Feel a bit yuk after a busy couple of days so Ill have to wait until Ive had a couple of cups of tea before I decide where my limited energy is best spent.

Hope your plants arrive safely Busy they should provide a lovely display. Hope you're OK Bekkie you've been a bit quiet lately, not at all like you.

I've got the same problem as you Chicky, pots still looking fairly good at the moment and reluctant to remove the plants.

    Morning- just

Have a mountain of tomatoes to make into chutney and ketchup. Outdoor ones have done so very well this year (well haven't grown them outside before so no real comparison)

Also have the first ever crop of pears which I will make into pear and vanilla jam(delicious in a Frangipane tart)

All need to be done asap - busy, busy, busy

Its quiet on here today.  Been out in the garden cutting back and clearing, having a cuppa as I'm dodging the showers.  Hoping to plant the rest of my pansies and violas and pop to GC for some potting compost.

  • Hello all, rained over night and this morning nice sunny now

I ordered bulbs last night from deJager - tulips lots of different ones, one lot of daff and a special bulb parcel - multi bulbs in that £40 worth of bulbs for £20 not too many bulbs, going to make 1-2 pots with lots of tulips in

not sure what I am up to today
