  • Bekkie and Lesley , thank you for your comments. It would look better if I gave it a clean . It is rather greenimage.

Liriodendron, I had to carry a bag of compost back on the bus, luckily it was only 26 litres.

My,you have all been very busy in the garden today. I got a load of washing dry outside but not to much gardening work as had grandson to look after today. I did manage five trays of seeds all laid out in front of the french windows. (Waiting for him to come along with his digger now. Need eyes in the back of my head.)

    Hello

Popping in again. Been a miserable thing lately, now on anti-biotics as things aren't going too well

    BUT

did manage to get into garden today and did a little - pruned 5 roses, only another 20 to goimage

    Didn't over tire or anything

like the look of that garden BM (thumbs up)

How do you all remember stuff  - got it - pen and paper!

    Lovely day though

Pleased Tigger is doing OK and eating. Thank goodness don't have deer nearby

ME is dreadful and people not connected to it on't realise how awful it can be - daughter has/had it

Thank you all for liking the garden and hopefully over the next few months I can share some good after photos image

I won't need a ride on mower as I have a couple of BFFs in the midlands I am hoping will come and stay alternate weekends image

Matty I was just thinking of you today, glad to see you popping in and I think 5 a day pruning of roses is more than enough missy xx

Gosh, RB, that was a long post!

Hope the antibiotics sort things out, Matty.

I won't be shooting any deer, no matter how destructive they are, I couldn't shoot an animal.

Lovely garden BM. Looking forward to the summer photos!

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
  • BM, not just your garden which is fantastic - the view, too!  What a lovely setting!  It looks as if the bottom section of your garden has fruit trees in.  Good place for fruit & veg?  Or is it Beau's territory?  And the wildlife pond looks fab, nice shallow gravel bit for hedgehogs etc to climb out & birds to bath.  image  Can you tell I'm jealous?  image

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

BM- Didn't do the big ones and think the ramblers and climbers will have to do their own thing this year

BM you'll have fun in that lovely garden.

Matty I thought NO gardening image take care of yourself.

Thankfully I have no experience of ME so best I can say is  just do what you can and rest when your body tells you.
