Must have been very chilly overnight - the mercury was only showing 3 degrees when I hung towels out just after seven ...we need a 'shivery' smiley!
Dove - what are you like? That's a bit extreme - you could just have said you didn't want to do the housework.... Very frustrating - although you can still weed one handed!

I trip over stuff at work all the time as I have my glasses on, so anything more than 18" away from my eyes (which includes my feet) is a bit blurred. Hopeless old mare

Good luck dove. I hope you don't have to wait too long. I spent too much time hanging around in hospitals recently. The only thing that I hurt was my pride when I fell. The annoying thing was that it was OH who had tidied the line prop up to where I could trip up over it.
