Back to normal, just me and him! Shall go and do ironing in front of Escape to the Country, when it's on.

We had salmon and garden veg for lunch, but I have to say that daughter cleared the table and wiped down surfaces before going, and she's stripped the beds. It all seems rather quiet now.

Lizzie I thought you had already escaped to the country, albeit another one.  I always watch it tooimage  Hope it's Alistair Appleton today - like the way he has his little jokeimage  Glad your daughter helped you out.  I couldn't be without a tumble dryer hereimage

Bekkie - don't tell me the delivery man even notices whether you're at your best. Hope you are feeling better todayimage

Lesley, Alistair is my favourite too, I like his twinkly eyes imageimage Some people have moaned in reviews that they show too much about rich people buying big houses. I am very nosey and like looking in those beautiful houses even if I can't afford them! I love looking at the beautiful English countryside too.

I hope Cliff is totally innocent of what the latest scandal is. He's done so much good in his life.
