We have good torches here - hardly ever need them but they're here just in case - I grew up in the countryside where the electricity could be cut off for days - here we're not far from the big hospital so I think we benefit from their priority if the electricity goes down

KEF managed to sleep in my own bed last night, but I'm taking my industrial ear plugs for when we're at his parents.
Verdun - I heartily recommend the steel caps. Hell I wear them almost every day of the year and supermarket shopping without them is a traumatic experience on a quiet day.
Listening to Santa phoning children up on BBC Radio2. He's got his posh telephone accent on he had a right proper BARnsley accent when he visited us!
