Yviestevie you posted same time as me Glad you have been to docs and sounds like he has given you all the right meds, only know as OH is doc and he was speaking to his cousin yesterday re similar type of injury. Tip I overheard was to take the tablets regularly and not just when the pain occurs and the keep rubbing the cream in too as hopefully he gave you proper muscle healers, ibRufen ? You are naughty girl trying to get rest of plant up!
It will be lovely to meet up and don't know if you girls drive or not but OH can pick you up and drop us off and collect us when ready
Yvie, i have accupuncture on mine from the physio team at New Cross, have also been given stretches which help, it may be worth asking for a refferal, it seems more effective than pain meds alone
I dont drive so any help there would be fab, but can get to merry hell on the bus without too much trouble.

Sun is shining here. No work until wednesday , and I've booked a holiday
Just got to get my passport , insurance, jabs, antimalarials, diving medicals, etc. As I was telling the aussie lodger, who doesn't plan for what he's doing later on today, Our holidays are planned like military operations.
Hello folks - niece collected and fed - now she and OH are in the studio making a piece of collaborative art.
When she arrived there were frogs hopping about all over the lawn in the bright sunshine - we spotted at least six ! Don't know if Hissing Sid had been about again and that's why they were so active on the lawn, but things have calmed down now and all but one are happily sunbathing amongst the pond weeds. The one that isn't tried to catch a wasp and we watched him spit it out - the wasp crawled away and the frog sat in the pond looking a bit disgruntled - then suddenly he leapt out of the pond and across the lawn, presumably in search of something else for lunch.
Sorry to hear of poorly gardeners and baby with delicate digestive system and hope all is well for everyone very soon ((hugs))
Fidget - that sounds marvellous We shall expect marvellous photos when you get back.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
