Hi archie.  Lovely hot day here too.  Enjoy your holiday.

Glad I've managed to wrangle the laptop off son No1.  He is following the scoreboard for the golf in America where Colin Montgomerie is playing.  He's a great fanimage.

Today I bought Iris Sibirica Ottawa, Penstemon Pensham Czar, Geum Totally Tangerine, Veronica Inspire Blue, Salvia Sensation Deep Rose, Phlox Purple Kiss and some hand shears.   Only cost me £20 image   (I paid the rest with debit cardimage)

Spent the afternoon weeding along the fence where next doors brambles, thistles and creeping buttercups are trying to make their home here.  There's plenty of room for the new plants now.

Did you get your horse poo Bekkie?

Just watching a prog about pipers in the WW1. Grandpa Panda was a piper, and was in WW1. Don't think he did it in the war though. Is v interesting image
