Clari, are sure that is what is intended? If so I wouldn't often suggest this but phone in sick and stay off and get a G.P. note when self cert finishes, surely you have pains, you must have after what happened to you
If they treat you like scum behave like it, have a few weeks in your garden find something else. Did you check employment / redundancy guidelines ?
