I'll have to ask Ma why brother was born in July - goodness knows what reply I'll get - according to her yesterday she and Pa are only recently engaged and are arranging their wedding - they're going to live on the bench on the common which has a lovely view of the sea image  Do you think I'll get an invite to the wedding?  Who does she think I am? image

Oh Dove, what a shame.  It must be very difficult for you, your brother and your Pa. Your Ma seems happy with her plans though.

Thanks Panda.  I have been misinformed - wonder if he wanted the settee in the lounge and not the stool in the kitchenimage

    Good evening all,

(That sounds like Dixon of dock Green) not that I remember being 27.

Lovely that your mum is having nice thoughts, Dove.

My DIL likes to have arguments with gentlemen from the Sub-Continent. The last one also said she had problems with her laptop. When she put him right and slammed the phone down he rang straight back. She said that she would report him for harassment but he said she was harassing him and if she did it again he would turn the black box off to their house.

Lesley, My eldest son would have been born on the day he was due.....if the labour hadn't gone on for so long....and he is always on time for things or arrives early.. never thought of it before image
