Well, Tracey is back and on a beach body mission!! Today I have swam half a mile, walked 3 and been to the gym burned off 470 calories in cardio and done my weights,back home to a healthy home made banana smoothie......I am on a definite mission. Off out to garden check and water now
I've got feet up too Dove, although bed beckons. Lime and coconut ice cream sounds very good but I've been eating a lot of strawberries and cream during Wimbledon so perhaps it's a bad idea....

I'm really excited...whoop whoop......I've just been and found green beans in the garden I shouldn't be surprised really as I have grown them but I didn't think there were any beans yet, there's hardly been any flowers so I thought they'd done rubbish Don't get me wrong, they wouldn't feed the street but enough for the four of us tomorrow

I'm back from my day out with son and then visit to Aged Ps. Now my feet are up and I'm outside of a large G&T.
