    Woody I spotted a planted container just for you all alpines looked good took a pic will post tomorrow, we went to the café had Victoria sponge cake - I like there compost too and cheaper bird food   

    all I can think of when watching tennis is Monty saying it would be good if they had a squeaky ball like Nigel, that would be amusing to watch 

    Raining here so watering the garden done

    Wow, loved the Eton college gardens. Intruiged to go see them next time they are open to the public.

     

    His sweetcorn are definitely looking better and more numerous than mine. My germination rate this year is appalling. Don't know what I'm doing wrong this year.

    The five Clematis we ordered from Taylors arrived. They all look really healthy so looking forward to getting them in the ground and settled in.image

    I just missed the Eton College gardens.image

    It poured today and I got soaked, very sudden.

    Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
