Montys garden looks wonderful and i enjoyed Carols section. Rachel and Joe hmmm..... not sure what to say really other than bit of a waste of time, is that the best that could be done with them? Monty... well erm...please can we have Toby back or Carol at the helm?
Viewing figures and comments will say it all, the comments already are!! Not good. I wouldn't take a tour there c/o M.Don for fear of wrongfully answered questions for one thing. Won't be bothering with G.World in future, it's not worth it anymore.
I would just like to say that i am very sad about gardeners world. i stopped watching itwith toby buckland heading it after watching it for ever, and now well if tonight is typically how it is going to be i still will not bewatching it. will there ever be a gardening programme put on that is as alan titchmarsh presented it? that is, as in watchable and informative.
Alys and Toby were such a success, what a pity they are no longer part of the show. They brought a happy and uplifting feel to Friday evening and represented a younger and more contemporary feel to gardening. Hopefully they will return to our screens one day soon!
Brilliant!! Monty Don is back and hopefully back to a proper gardening programme. No offence to Toby but the last series got a bit silly, with the producers trying to liven it up with giggling silly remarks to eachother just didnt work. So myself and many others just stopped watching. With Monty us gardeners can sit down relax and enjoy a great informative gardening programme on a friday night. I do hope we will see Toby and Alys in at some point in the future.
So glad to see Monty back, he has a real passion and enthusiasm for gardening. I have misses watching Gardeners World since whats his name took the helm, got tierd of being told the obvious. Cannot wait for next Friday.
