@Marlorena we do not know how long the archive will be there. As a failsafe method, there is a 'download zip' option in those pages, if you want to download and save them.

And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils (roses). Taking a bit of liberty with Wordsworth :)

    @Eustace
I've saved them all by copying the links to a folder and I can see them all there.  I'll look for that download zip, I didn't see that, but I managed to do it quickly enough one by one.
    Thanks so much.
I'm currently doing one myself, a different one I started.

@Eustace, I admit I don't really understand but no worries, I will try to learn after the drama of the closure has happened and after I have saved the links that you and @PeterAberdeen have so kindly saved.

On the other hand for the current discussion ROSES.. 2024.. Spring/Summer..

Hi @pap ijo interesting. Which thread did you find the workable and unworkable threads on? Might some of them be trial links?

This is the route to follow to get at the archive of this current Roses 2024 Spring/Summer discussion:
In the box where it says: Enter a URL or words related to a site’s home page
enter for example the URL of this current discussion: https://forum.gardenersworld.com/discussion/1080364/roses-2024-spring-summer
    Next screen says:
    Saved 2 times between March 14, 2024 and March 15, 2024.
Click on any of those 2 dates/links... and wait (can take a couple of minutes)
    Et voila!
From what I understand, this is available because someone---probably one (or 2) of the GW forum members--- have saved/uploaded the contents of that discussion to the Wayback machine archive.

Thank you @Papi Jo I will save your link above. I know @Eustace and @PeterAberdeen saved loads and I began saving just 7 pages from somewhere. Then someone amalgamated and compiled archives. I don't understand the exact concept of payback machine, but will need to learn.

It is all crazy isn't it.

Are you trying to let us know which bits of the archive seem to be missing?
