    @Marlorena, it was the apple scent that made me buy Little Buckaroo - I'll let you know how it is in summer hopefully.

    If anyone is interested B & M bargains had quite a lot of potted roses in yesterday. various different types but the only variety I can remember was Scarborough Fair. I think they were £5 each or 3 for £12.
    I only went in for pots for my tomatoes so I didn't buy any as I'm not sure where I would put them. However, there is lo's of room in the front garden, but I don't go in it much as the house backs onto the car park so the back door is the front door iyswim. Also the front garden is very shady, but I might try some there. In particular there is a big old Buddleia that could come out and make a nice space.

     Where am I going to look for inspiration and advice on the roses? Does anyone use any other platforms??
