@Newbie, anyone on a two weeks break could come home and find it gone!

About GC, there is already a thread on there Members Roses 2024, but only 3 posts on it. They would either hate us taking it over or love the company.

If Nollie prefers Houzz I'm happy with that, not that I really feel I should have a say being such a new member.

Thank you @newbie77 that’s a shock! I’ve finally started to get back to work in the garden after neglect due to various life circumstances over the past two years, it’s an uphill battle with the weeds and I’m not sure how great things will look regarding sharing photos but I do miss seeing everyone’s gardens and hard work. I was once on GC and people were really rude and judgmental to me on my first (and last) post so I will try out Houzz 😄

Thanks @newbie77 - aw that’s really sad. I often refer back to things on here, and I’ve got a lot of photos and memories saved on it.

I’ll have to go through and screenshot some of the pages.

I fully planned on getting more involved as soon as I started having some more time on my hands again.

I will register on whatever platform you all end up using.

whichever forum it is, we should create a rose forum before this one shuts down as members can still msg here and find out which one to join...

yes indeed. We have a week to sort things out, I think

@Nollie - you’re right - the gardeners corner photos are very low resolution.

I can’t figure out Houzz though. I made an account but I’m struggling to navigate the site.

Another option would be to create a group on a social media site, like Facebook - I’d personally find that much easier to use and would be more likely to be able to visit regularly.

Hurray - decision made, I think!  I'm off to register for Houzz and await the thread name @Marlorena

    Do I join Houzz.com or Houzz.co.uk?
