Planted some Primula Colibri Aztec Gold that I ordered from Hayloft.  Lovely strong plants, cheerful colour, supposed to be long-flowering 🤞

It's possible, although I'd have started at the patio end.
However, I did find enough bricks lurking at the end of the garden, to complete the path. But I did need to provide the gravel to lay them on - which I happened to have left over from similar work at our previous house. I thought it might come in handy.
  • We are expecting a garden company that replaces the by storm damaged view panel, and a crumbling border.
I will have to find the space for the old wood and was thinking about a log pile that can be used by animals and decay over the years.

    I my garden.

It was a nice day yesterday. I've nearly finished the weeding, cutting down and mulching. Just 1/4 of the long border left to do. I planted 18 violas, still have some more to plant. I love them and they provide colour in April/May when a lot of other plants hven't yet started flowering.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
