So they might @kate.james58, but look at the sizes very carefully. Most of their plants are sent out in small pots, usually 9 cm so take an age to grow on and get to a satisfactory size to plant out in the garden. They are not such a bargain as might appear, although I have used them in the past.

    'David Hockney'..

..this has caught my attention.. new from this Autumn.  Pity we can't get it this Spring..

According to Trevor White, the fragrance is 'strong'.. yet on the Meilland website, who bred it, ''None''..

The idea of a rogue cardinal amused me. I assume it's a misprint, not a new variety.

@Perki I’ve got my DA catalogue today and it had the same discount code as cooldoc’s - PETALS24

I got the same code too. The website prices are still lower than the catalogue and the code works on there
Edit, Sorry I'm wrong, I saw @cooldoc's pic and assumed all roses were more expensive but that higher price applies to Penelope Lively and Dannahue not the older roses and the photo accompanying the new release message is in fact of Dannahue not the new release so that could still be any colour.

Thanks Oliya  :) looks like I'll be ordering some roses tonight , 2 for myself Iceburg and mary delany most likely . And 2 or 3 other shrubs for some clients thinking bring me sunshine and two pink ones maybe Penelope and Princess A of Kent .

please feel free to use the code.. It's a generic one..

As Tack said, the apricot colouring you see next to the new rose announcement is Dannahue.. but looks like there will be just one rose.. unless there is another release later in the year..

@Marlorena I saw the new introductions by TW but I don't think it is strongly fragrant as they say.. none of the new introductions are..

Wonder if Peter Beale's would have any new introductions this year.. who will be the breeder? Styles/ Fragrant rose garden has many new introductions by local breeders if anyone is interested.. I am tempted to try one or two but will wait until summer as none of the sellers are reliable in scent description.. if I buy them in bloom then I could make up my mind sooner rather than having to wait for 6 months or so..
