Face book readers page has nothing but contempt for them, they remove all negative comments and just leave one or two where people have written on what the photo looks like, such a stunning picture etc, you can see how many posts have been removed and by the looks of the angry emojis not many are really happy. The complaints are on other gardening pages as it’s no good commenting on theirs! everyone says the same, they do not reply, there’s no phone number.
Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
I clicked on your link to the reviews @AnniD and from there to the website. Their address seems to be a club in Leigh on Sea though there is an accountant on the first floor......always assuming Google has taken me to the correct spot (like sat navs it isn't always a good idea to rely on the internet). Check them out at Companies House to find the people in charge.
Re the five star reviews, they read more like endorsements than reviews.
I always think it is wise to check out a firm's address before ordering from them and if there is no address listed on the website, then give them a wide berth.
Hi everyone, thank you, I wanted to prevent more heartbreak. I rely 100% on online purchases because things are very difficult and I cannot leave my daughter by herself. This means that I have to buy what is available and many people does not do deliveries. Usually I would have loads of seeds all over the house from February onward, and then plant them outside. Now, my reality is to think about today not even daring to look for tomorrow. Since she is very frail, I have used the front of the house to recycle all my containers and sow flowers, ordering some from Gardening Express. I could not believe when I received them, and even after explaining why I had purchase them, I was ignored. My reviews were deleted. The CEO could not care, even when the Citizens Advice issued an email with a copy to them, the absence of a reply was their trademark. So, please, whatever you can do to warn everybody that they should avoid, I would be very grateful. Thank you
I buy all my plants on line, that is where the best choice exists, and also prices are often better. You were unlucky, chose a notoriously bad company, but there are many wonderful ones out there.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
It depends on what you want to buy. I'm sure I mentioned that already. Clare Austin, Burncoose, Beth Chatto, Woottens and Ballyrobert are all good for perennials.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
I've had some decent plants from Dorset Perennials https://dorsetperennials.co.uk/ and if you are after pelargoniums and ivy then Fibrex https://www.fibrex.co.uk/ is a good bet though it looks as though there are some changes happening there.

Make of that what you will. It does seem to be a lottery.
