@Sandra A. You could ask her just to change the title,  so people can see what sort of sharks Gardening express is.
Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

@Dovefromabove I don't know if you or anyone can contact @Catherine Mansley on behalf of @SandraA I would, but not sure how to do it.
I don't want to cause anyone any stress least of all you Sandra. I hope you feel I have tried to help in a very small way. If you choose to have this thread deleted the positive is you have warned so many others.

@GardenerSuze you were wonderful and everybody here has been amazing. I have sent a message to Catherine, I am sure she will answer soon. And another positive, now we have also a discussion where we can indicate good experiences where others can buy online with confidence!

The important thing now, is to ensure this thread stays near the top, so that people can easily access it, when thinking of buying plants.

    Good luck, @Sandra A
How can you lie there and think of England

  • Hi Sandra A
Thanks for posting this and I am angry that you have had to deal with this when all you wanted was to make your daughters garden special.
Yes take them to task as they have not delivered goods fit for purpose.
Dont let them get way with it
I am sure that you will still make a garden that will make your daughter smile
Keep smiling and remember that as a hobby, Gardening grows on you  :)

    All the best
