I can't speak for your area, but we will get next week rain. With Glastonbury on the way next weekend, the rain will come in on time.
I'm seeing a 10-20% chance of rain daily as of next Sunday here, according to the BBC site. But any forecast more than 5 days ahead always comes with a pinch of salt. Fingers crossed...
I'm in north Kent, and the garden is still surviving on rainwater from the butts. But(t) not for much longer!! We save bathwater - which fills about 20 cans a week. But that's not enough by a long stretch, to fulfill the needs of the plants.
I've not needed to water the trees yet, but they will soon need it. Here's hoping it'll rain soon, to fill the butts.
My winter filled water butts finally ran out last week here on the E-Sussex/W-Kent border.
I've got another 600lt of unused capacity so i've made it my aim this year to get them plumbed up and operational (i'll add it to the list....).
Like others, no real rain since early may. Its been a very strange 12 months; bloody hot and dry summer, freezing early winter, then the wettest spring i think i've ever experienced. Lots of plant failures, however what has survived is doing well. More concerning to me is the near total absence of bees, hoverflies and other flying and terrestrial insects. My Wisteria which is usually teeming with life has bloomed and finished with its nectar seemingly gone to waste this year...

@borgadr we get also only 14mm rain, but 14 litres per sqm the butts will get around 40l. Not bad.
Well, not a single drop of rain here since I posted this!
Torrential downpours in parts of London at the weekend. The same thing this morning just a few miles from here up in the Downs and around Canterbury. I could hear the distant thunder from here, mocking me.
You know @borgadr the forecast more than 3 days in advance is like the serving suggestion on a package of plain salad leaves. At least, we got 2 inches of rain. The plants enjoyed it.
But there will be more next week.
PS: there is a reason why I always take 2 weeks off at end of May until mid June. Most of the time it have been the only two weeks in a row of nice weather.
