    Good morning all 😊 ☕️
    glad you’re feeling better now @Pat E 😊
Have I said that yesterday I planted out the courgette plants Wonky grew for me … I gave them, and the tomatoes, a really good soaking … the ground is quite dry.

    Morning all.

I seem to have caught a summer cold. I've been coughing in the night the last 2 nights, runny nose.

I hope @Nanny Beach is feeling better.

Not much longer here now, back to the UK on the 9th June.

Oh dear @Busy-Lizzie … hope you’re feeling better soon … I think I’ll join you in the sick bay … I woke early with a gyppy tum … i thought it would pass off but now there’s a lot of gurgling going on 🤢

Morning everyone,  dull and windy here but set to be warm again. We don't fly till mid afternoon. I'm afraid I  am at that point just before we go, when I  wonder if it's worth all the effort, I will be fine once we get going and certainly when we arrive, but so much to do before we go.  See you on the other side.

    Good morning all!

Fine and fair weather here.    Still no rain but at 7pm last night, Montpellier had thunder, lightning and stair rods - sunny and warm here - not a drop!!

@Busy-Lizzie  and @Nanny Beach and now @Dovefromabove   I do hope you are feeling better.  It is runny nose weather BL, being cool at night still - difficult to know what to wear some days as the temperatures are so changeable.

Lovely photos @Ergates - beautiful colours!  No news is good news @Pat E   Stay warm.  Bon voyage @Allotment Boy

I hope you all have an enjoyable day!

Have a lovely time @Allotment Boy  … we’ll keep an eye on things for you while you’re away 😃
Mind you .., I’ve been told to stay in bed this morning 🤒 … luckily OH isn’t working today so he’ll look after son and deal with the washing machine delivery.  I’ll stay up here and sip water and dry toast … 😢

Morning everyone, I've also joined the list of poorly ones and have a summer cold. Been awake since 5 am coughing badly. Hope Busy-Lizzie and Dove get better soon. It's quite cold here today, only 10c by 8 am so we're hoping it will warm up soon.

Glad OH didn't suffer too much with the implants @Busy-Lizzie. I thought of you two whilst reading last Saturday's Telegraph supplement. It was an article on all the different types of French visas for the British and mentioned a six month visitor visa as well as the usual 90 day one. However the six month one did not let you register for the French health insurance so you would need private health insurance and presumably that would be very expensive for older people.

Have a good trip @Allotment Boy.

Morning everyone. Feeling pretty blurrr today (more than usual). Spent the last two days weeding various pathways but, due to my medical state, I can only do about ten minutes of any activity before resting, so it has taken a while. But I managed to fill two wheel barrows full of those tiny annoying weeds that seem to grow everywhere and then spring up to full sized ones when your back is turned! Next will be the long border but a rest today first I think.
Have also had a bit of a dodgy tummy - hope I didnt pass it on to you Dove, mine seems better today so hope yours improves soon but take it easy  meanwhile.
Bon voyage @Allotment Boy have a lovely time.

Have a good time @Allotment Boy, I hope your foot and shoulder are feeling better.

Oh dear, @Lizzie27 and @AnnaB you'll have to join @Dovefromabove and me in the sick room!

Lizzie, OH is covered for most medical needs with his GHIC card which retired people can claim for. I have a French one. We can use each other's health services.
