Lovely and bright sunny morning here.  Clay Club this morning then it will be back out into the garden this afternoon, finishing weeding the veg. patch.  It was lovely yesterday, accompanied as I was by 'my' robin and, for the bigger stuff he couldn't manage, a blackbird.  The robin flew past my head a couple of times so close his wings ruffled my hair!

grey and damp here this morning so a few indoor chores to get done in the hopeful anticipation of another dry day tomorrow. It was so warm yesterday, I had to take one of my jumpers off  :o

Morning everybody. Grey and damp here as well @raisingirl so methinks I'd better catch up on some much needed housework. Heavy rain forecast for this afternoon so that's changed from yesterday's.

    Have a good day all.

Afternoon all,  Not feeling the best after catching a virus from Gabriel but I was determined to get into the garden today.  I have reseeded the lawns and watered the seed in.  Also potted on the Ammi Majus, Cosmos Seashell and Calendula Indian Prince.  Something has been digging in the raised bed undoing yesterdays seed sowing.  My own fault I was very tired and didn't cover the bed. I'm doing it now.  Horse, stable bolted comes to mind.  Secondborn is at Grand designs today, her partner is doing a barn conversion on his father's farm  Well it's more of an old barn knockdown and new barn build.
That looks like a lot of rain for you @Pat E
I've been watching sky news this morning and saw that we are to be given the opportunity to swear allegiance to the king during the coronation ceremony.  I've been laughing myself silly as the thought of @Hostafan1 face at this news.  :D
Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.

Morning all. I’ve been out to check the rain gauge - just under 50 ml over the last 2 days. That’s such a change from the last few months.  👏👏. We’ll probably drive out the back for a look around.

  • I have just been diagnosed for osteoporosis of the spine and left hip. Any suggestions for hopefully returning to working on my garden, maybe useful tools or adaptions and specific exercises.

Hi @vjnythfa,  some of my customers with limited mobility find this tool very useful. I've tried it myself and was pleasantly surprised at it's strength and the variety of things you can cut with it.

Dear Wonkywomble,  thank you so much for the link. Although it's not in stock I have found another eBay person selling the same,  so just checking more about it.  Thank you again.
