Absolutely stunning Busy. The trees at the National Memorial Arboretum where I was last Wednesday have got a lot of catching up to do but they will be equally as stunning. It is possible for anyone to have a tree dedicated to a loved one there as well and each tree has its own commemorative plaque with the name of the person on it. Most moving.

Lovely photos @Busy-Lizzie, we went to Helmingham Hall a few years ago and really liked it.

I asked a girl who was picking broad beans, @plant pauper but she wasn't sure. She thought it could be a sort of delphinium.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
