Can he not sleep on his opposite side now with a wedge/pillow between his legs? @Busy-Lizzie. Might be worth asking the hospital. I know some consultants have very rigid views on this!

He was told 6 weeks before he can do that. Danger of dislocation.

And now it’s snowing again, just what we need.

We've had snow, then thaw, now just had  a hailstorm. My daughter has been monitoring the weather reports, so I asked her when the thunder was due. It's the only thing we haven't had in the past week!

No snow here today, but very cold with occasional icy rain showers and a cutting breeze. Hope it warms up again soon, fed up of this cold, though it is nice to see all the spring flowers coming through.
Popped out earlier with a friend for coffee and cake and a catch up. Really nice, been a while since we’ve done it, so had a good old gossip, putting the world to rights 😁.

    Good evening Forkers

missed my slot this morning 😂. I hope you have all had an excellent day or at least a bearable one.
It has been a very windy day but on the upside I found two gorgeous bluetits nesting boxes for 20 euros. 70 per cent off, that is what I call a proper "solde". OH is ecstatic to have to fix them to the wall now.

A small murmuration of starlings has found my neighbours' ivy wall. I am been given a display at this very moment, as they settle down. She says that she hears them at night but glad they are there.

    See you tomorrow. x

Lovely blossom @Lizzie27. It's been a nicer day than I expected here too, some sunshine. Raining now though. I went for a walk and swept the patio. Neighbour's huge Leylandii drips bits of branch all over it. I wish they'd get rid of it, it's right up to our fence and blocks light from our garden.
