@Fairygirl There is a video that I had forgotten about on the Light and Land website of Phil[go to the tutors bit] just after an exhibition they had in London a few years ago. Also Joe Cornish is worth a look. His photos of Yorkshire are amazing.

    Thanks @GardenerSuze - I'll take a look at that  :)
Has your brother visited Glen Lyon? Lots of variation along there for some good pix.  :)

I've enjoyed looking through my pix in the last few days. Makes me a bit stir crazy, but hopefully I'll get out more this year, especially once my new car insurance kicks in and I won't worry so much if I break down.

I'd love to be able to go and stay overnight to do multiple hill days @GardenerSuze , but it's quite difficult for me now. Haven't been anywhere since the stayover a few years ago in F. Augustus after doing the hill in my signature strip. The knees weren't up to doing the other single hill across Loch Quoich the following day though. It's about four hours drive, so I can do it in one day though, if I get up early enough  ;)

@Fairygirl I gave up gardening before my knees gave up on me. Most of my gardening friends also have knee or hip problems. All good fun!

Mine has been caused by doing hills @GardenerSuze. Too much in too short a space of time. Patellar femoral pain. No cure, but I got some big knee supports which enabled me to get back about 7 years ago. I'd had to stop for many years because of it. It's the coming down that's the problem.
    Other than that - I'm like a bl**dy greyhound....not  :D

    Gorgeous @NormandyLiz. Very atmospheric.  :)
I'm not terribly fond of woodland, walking in it anyway,  but I love that sort of pic.
