    I heard yesterday about a friend who was trying to arrange a follow up appointment with a specialist at the hospital, but had been asked by the specialist to do it via their GP.  They contacted the surgery but were told they couldn't even have a telephone consultation for 2 weeks.  On that basis she contacted the specialist direct who arranged a scan for next Monday, despite the Bank Holiday, and a follow up appointment with the specialist on Friday.  All done and dusted a week before they would have the telephone call from the GP.

    Here, Here @Hostafan1 a reason to be cheerful indeed.  That, plus I have managed to avoid watching any of the coronation.   :)

    Soft, warm, gentle rain all day. The garden is green and lush and drippy. Perfect!

    I know I posted a new thread here about slow worms, but I just wanted to reiterate my pleasure at seeing our first slow worm of the season in the garden.😃

    Up until the point where Katy Perry came on stage I thought the entire show was awful.
