  • Ask for one @didyw ... I had mine at the same time as my annual flu jab.

Love membrillo ... there's  a place on the Halesworth-Beccles road that used to put lots of quinces on the side of the road ... I got some most years for a while ... since my Aged Ps are gone I don't travel that road so regularly now.

  • Good afternoon,  another good un gone eh Dove.
I  ventured out on my own today,  back to boots then on to Allotments.  Cleared the tomatoes and planted some winter salad in the greenhouse beds. Haven't finished clearing the self watering pots yet. Leg seems to be hold up quite well,  but that wasn't exactly heavy work.  Intermittent rain, meant I couldn't have done much more anyway

  • Yes but I  can't keep sitting down all day.  That's just as bad for me.

  • Good morning all 😊 ☕️
Looks like another damp grey November day … I’m going to cook an Italian meal full of sunshine for supper 😎

Morning Forkers. I have been quiet for a few days and now it is difficult to catch up 🙂. I had my flu jab on monday, no side effects. Grey day here, last night we had heavy rain. I have cut what I think is the last roses for a posy. Strange to have Delphinium in flower, but I think winter will soon be here.
    Take care all of you.

I’m going to use the passata I made from our own roasted tomatoes.
