    @WhereAreMySecateurs saw Othello on sale despite saying only 2 available.. probably the offer is only for potted ones..

    @Tack I got them too in November as they sometimes run out of stock.. Do you really think we don't need to add the second serving with this new one🤔 as per DA its long acting and once per season..

    Yes, just potted. They did have a GdF, cl Lady Hillingdon, Othello as you say, and many other tempting things. I like the look of the hybrid musk, Daybreak.

    I really don't know Cooldoc but will give the once only a go. I do supplement the pots a lot with tomato feed and seaweed etc.

    Guess we will find out..

    Thrip damage- does anyone have experience of managing it? Last year the early blooms were spoiled by these critters.. started having decent blooms after spraying.. The problem in introducing bio methods are that they need a decent warm temp to survive and take a while to get going.. cost wise the obvious choice would be to spray.. but wondering if anyone had any similar issues and did they manage to get rid of/ control these buggers..

    @WhereAreMySecateurs another rose?🫣 I wonder how do you find space for all of them.. but, more the merrier😀

    Even though the colour and fragrance is good, Othello has furious thorns. See @Rojas photo in the following link: https://forum.gardenersworld.com/discussion/comment/2547710#Comment_2547710

    And then my heart with pleasure fills,
    And dances with the daffodils (roses). Taking a bit of liberty with Wordsworth :)

    I wonder if that rose might still be alive.   I would cut into the root and see if it's still white inside, but some of those canes have clearly dried out..

    @WhereAreMySecateurs
    Thanks for the TW discount link.   Very tempting some of those..

    Read the same in HMF as well.. too thorny but strongly scented.. by the description I am assuming it is similar to MW/ WS 2000.. noticed that Rojas too removed R de Molinard..
    @Rojas did it throw long canes and balled badly?

    Marlorena, I never gave much thought to a fertilizer label before.. hopefully they had tested themselves before releasing..

    oops, missed few posts before posting mine.. yes Marlorena, I think its dead.. dint want to cut open the roots..
