I love that vase @pitter-patter. Perfect for displaying flowers.

@WAMS, it is so beautiful with those pink buds.

Thank you @WAMS and @Marlorena for the advice about my sad Malvern Hills. I'll have a go at removing the top of it when the weather bucks up.

    Some stunning summer photos.

Gets dark by the time I get back from work, so enjoying all your summer garden pics..

Lovely vase @pitter-patter I remember that your garden has interesting focal points as well..

@WAMS that looks lovely.. how does the bloom fare after rains or when they are old? will they turn yellowish..? and what about scent and repeat? Apologies if I had asked you the same earlier :|
I tend to forget who posted 2 pages ago.. so I refrain from commenting if I had to catch up a lot of posts.. easier to click 'like'..

@Marlorena staggered launch? does that mean they unveil one rose each at each flower show?

How long did it take for all of you to develop your lush borders? I am starting year 3 in this garden and am starting to despair I don't have the skill to ever get there!

My borders were all packed with very overgrown mature shrubs so 3 years ago my lovely husband started digging some out and reducing others to make space for prettier things. My pot habit started then as an easier way to care for roses. So my problem now is very rooty, dry and ivy/bramble infested beds. You'll get there, look at pictures to see the progress.
